Light blue boxes – tailored to suit absolute beginners, low level of fitness required.

Yellow boxes – tailored to suit all levels of fitness, average level of fitness required.
Exercises can be made easier or harder depending on attending participants.

Adult Fitness Classes: (yellow and blue boxes)

Junior Sports: (purple boxes)

Toddler/Kindy Sessions: (red boxes)

What do I need to bring to Class?

A towel, waterbottle and a positive attitude!

What do I wear to Class?

Comfy (workout) clothes and closed in shoes that are appropriate for exercise.

Can I find out which instructor is taking the class?

Yes. Hover your mouse over the particular class you are interested in attending to see a brief description of the class and the name of the instructor.
